Reply by Barb Grieman, Vice President of the Minnesota and North Dakota Better Business Bureau states:

The Better Business Bureau has found these offers are usually too good to be true. Usually the sites ask you to send $20 or $50 in order to get information that most likely can be found in a library or online for free. Be sure to check out the company with the BBB at http://www.bbb.org before sending any money!
